White or red sandalwood mala (literaly garland), of tulsi, rudraksha and crystal, to wear or to use for mantra repetition as meditative practice.

The grains which create a mala are insert in one thread, specifically prepared, that it is knotted by hand, and it represent the union and the connection which exsists in all the thins and in all beings.
