Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation adapted by Swami Satyananda Saraswati from the traditional tantric practice of Nyasa. SWAMI ARUNKIRAN SARASWATI He met his spiritual teacher Swami Satyananda Saraswati in 1982 in Lipiza, Slovenia, where he took diksha mantra. In 2006 he met Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati in Venice, from whom he received jigyasu sannyasa, and in 2008 in Strunjan (Slovenia) he received initiation into karma sannyasa. On the day of Guru Purnima in 2010 in Rikhya it was started by Swami Niranjanananda in Purna Sannyasa. He graduated as a teacher of Yoga, Satyananda method, at the Satyananda Ashram Italy School of Yoga, with which he collaborates, participating in various activities and teaching regularly in weekly courses. Once or several times a year, he goes to India to the Bihar School of Yoga, to expand his training and serve through karma yoga.
