Description
In sanscrit Kaya means body and Sthairyam means immobility. Trought this practice it is possible to develop the ability to maintain the body steady and still in the meditative posture creating the basis for the practices of dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).
When the body becomes steady and still, the mind also reflects this condition. Kaya Sthairyam can be used as meditative practice in itself, to relax and regenerate the mind.
